At Corporate Head Start we have decades of combined experience in the corporate sector across banking, finance, and technology. In this time we noticed a few things:

• New graduates coming into the industry wanted to make sure they started off their career strongly with a good base skill set but didn’t know where to find the information
• More experienced employees wanted to learn new skills, but as we get more senior we sometimes don’t keep up with the latest in technological changes.
• University students wanted to get ahead of the game and build some expertise before entering the workforce.

The points above led us to starting Corporate Head Start, to bridge that gap and help all people at any stage of their careers get a leg up.
